CURRENT REVIEW TURNAROUND TIME: 2-3 months
Thanks for your interest in my reviews! I review literary fiction and nonfiction as far as writing is concerned. I will be happy to review anything from the typical novel to the essay. ARCs, copies, or eBook copies of your book are preferred. If you choose to send me an eBook, please send it in a format compatible with the Barnes & Noble Nook (ePub or PDF works the best). If you have a time span in which you would like me to review your book please let me know, but I generally try to read the book within three to four months of delivery. I am a full time high school English teacher and writer, so I my review times are a bit longer than others. If you send me your email, I will gladly email you when I have posted a review. Also, if you request that I post a review on sites like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, GoodReads, etc. I will gladly do that; just request it.
I also will be happy to do reviews of tech items (eReaders, computers, software, tech accessories, etc.) as well as reviews of fashion items (handbags, purses, and other bags are my preference). If you would like for me to review an item, please let me know, and I will be happy to review it for you. I am currently working on separate blogs for tech reviews & news.
I do not promise a positive review of any book or of any item. The purpose of my blog is to read books I am interested in, use items that I would be interested in, and to write about them honestly.
My rating system for all reviews is as follows:
- A: Loved it! Nothing (or almost nothing) needs to be changed.
- B: Really liked it. There were only a few things I would change.
- C: Liked it, but it still had some problems.
- D: I did not like it. At all. Why was this published/made/invented again?
- F: Fail
